When you use BaseWater, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, home address, and ZIP code. We also collect your water audit responses to generate your personalized report.
Your information is used to generate your water health report, schedule in-home consultations, and communicate with you about your service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our site. This helps us improve the experience. PostHog collects anonymized usage data such as page views and button clicks.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing basewater@proton.me.
