BaseWater provides a website, water quality audit, personalized report, service-area check, waitlist, email follow-up, and consultation scheduling for homes in and around our current Tampa Bay service area. The audit can recommend a next step, including a free in-home water test or a possible whole-home system path, but it does not by itself create a paid service relationship.
Home visits, installation, service, and waitlist timing depend on your ZIP code, current coverage, scheduling capacity, home conditions, and partner availability. ZIPs outside the active install footprint may receive only a limited preview and waitlist follow-up.
Any paid equipment, installation, filter replacement, maintenance, monthly price, minimum term, cancellation right, warranty, removal, or satisfaction remedy must be stated in the written quote, order, subscription agreement, or customer agreement you approve. Website prices and examples are informational unless they are included in that written agreement.
By submitting an audit, lead form, waitlist form, email form, or booking, you agree that BaseWater may contact you about your report, consultation, waitlist interest, booking, service, or customer onboarding. You can opt out of marketing or reminder emails where an unsubscribe link is provided, but transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when needed.
Water quality data is sourced from EPA SDWIS, the EWG Tap Water Database, local utility compliance reports, and BaseWater’s compiled water-data records. While we strive for accuracy, published utility data may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or different from conditions inside your home. The audit is a decision aid, not a guarantee of the water at your faucet.
BaseWater is not liable for health outcomes related to water quality. Our audit provides information based on publicly available data and the answers you provide, and should not be treated as medical, legal, emergency, or regulatory advice.
